Blinker

Blinker is a robot built by Traffic Tim to assist him with Traffic Safety using his built-in Radar Gun, Video Surveillance Camera, Temporary Sign Printer...and more.  He always rides in the T.U.V. when Traffic Tim heads out to save lives on the road.

Blinker's Tip: "Never leave home without a can of oil, especially if you are a robot!"
